WHO/What/Why Roosevelt members, both alumni and students, throughout California and individuals interested in California policy will congregate in the State's capital building to present and discuss innovative policy solutions. All students are encouraged to participate. (In other words, you do not have to have any connection to California--just an interest in California policy and politics.)
