Imani G. Strong is originally from Newnan, Georgia and is now a sophmore at Mount Holyoke College majoring in Anthropology and minoring in African-American Literature. She will be spending her junior year studying at the London School of Economics. Imani is interested in Equal Justice and minority affairs. In the summer of 2009, Imani worked as a final project editor for an Atlanta-based law firm that specializes in creating policy to promote the economic development of historically underutilized communities.
